OUR CLASSES

ZUMBA:

Burn hundreds of calories per hour in this fun cardiovascular workout featuring exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats.  Please wear sneakers to class and bring your energy!


MAT PILATES:

Pilates is an exercise based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates.  It emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.  This class uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to strengthen and tone without increasing bulk.  Please bring a mat to class and hand weights on Thursday nights.


BARRE PILATES:


Barre is a fat burning, strength building, body-changing form of exercise.  Every class integrates pilates, yoga and ballet movements to sculpt and tone every muscle in your body.  The Barre exercise originated with the Lotte Berk method popular in LA and NYC.  Form-fitting attire is suggested to allow the instructor to ensure correct body positioning and posture. Please bring 2-pound weights and a mat to class.  See you at the Barre!  


YOGA:


Yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well-being using bodily postures, breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sounds, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.  Yoga works to make the spine supple and promote circulation in all of the organs, glands and tissues  Yoga postures stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. Please bring a mat to class.


DANCE & TONE:

Its a high energy, calorie burning dance party!! We use hand weights to target those all important zones...abs, arms, thighs and butts.  Let the music carry you through the routines and leave exhausted but toned!  Bring water, a towel and hand weights.
